UL Group builds complete panels around its own interface products: system panels housing PLC or DCS controllers and I/O, marshalling panels where field cables land on FTAs and interface modules, network panels for industrial switches and fibre LIUs, and power panels including MCC, PCC and drive panels. Each is engineered from the customer's I/O list and single-line drawings and delivered wired, tested and documented.
System panels carry the controller racks, power supplies, ORing modules and cooling monitoring. Marshalling panels are built on UL FTAs, relay modules and prefabricated cables, with LFD or isolator options where loops require. Network panels house managed switches, media converters and LIUs. MCC and PCC panels provide motor feeders and incoming distribution, and drive panels integrate VFDs with cooling and harmonic filters as specified.
Indian end users in power, oil and gas, cement, steel and water order these for new plants, control system migrations and capacity additions. Specify the I/O count and type, controller make, panel standard and ingress rating, bus and feeder ratings for power panels, cooling arrangement, and the drawings or specification sheet the panel must follow.

Yes. Marshalling panels are built on FTAs and interface modules matched to the new I/O modules while landing the existing field cables, so field wiring is reused and cutover is done by moving cables between terminals.
An I/O list or feeder schedule, the controller or drive models, the enclosure and ingress specification and any client standard drawings. With these a general arrangement and bill of materials can be prepared for approval before build.
Panels are wired, point-to-point checked and function tested at the works, with inspection by the customer arranged on request. Test records and as-built drawings are supplied with the panel.
