Prices for orders delivered in India are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. On orders delivered in India, MRP references are the manufacturer's printed MRP. Wholesale tiers apply automatically at the quantities shown on each product page. Orders delivered outside India are charged at international prices (see International orders below). We work hard to keep prices and stock accurate, but if a listing contains an obvious error we may cancel the affected order with a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability; in each case anything you've paid is refunded in full.

We deliver across India, typically within 3 to 7 working days from order confirmation. The delivery charge is set on the GST-inclusive goods value after any discount: ₹200 under ₹2,000; ₹100 from ₹2,000 to under ₹4,000; free from ₹4,000 to ₹25,000; ₹1,000 above ₹25,000. Heavy consignment freight of ₹1,000 applies for every started 10 kg beyond the first 10 kg of the order's total shipping weight and is not waived by free delivery. A free-delivery code makes the whole delivery charge zero. Every charge is itemised at checkout before payment. Delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees; remote PIN codes can take longer. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Orders are paid online at checkout, in full, when the order is placed. Orders delivered in India can be paid by UPI, cards, net banking or wallets through Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment gateway, or by UPI direct to our UPI ID. Orders delivered outside India are paid through Razorpay: Paid by card in US dollars. Cards issued in India may not support US dollar payments; if yours is declined, use a card issued outside India. We never see or store your card details; they are handled entirely by the gateway.

These terms apply to every order delivered outside India, on top of the rest:

• Pricing. International prices, which are higher than our Indian prices, apply to every delivery address outside India, whoever places the order. They are one all-in figure with no Indian GST added. The struck-through MRP shown to visitors abroad is the MRP at international pricing, so it is higher than the MRP printed on the product; the percentage off is the same as in India. Prices shown in currencies other than US dollars are for convenience only.
• Payment. Paid by card in US dollars. Cards issued in India may not support US dollar payments; if yours is declined, use a card issued outside India. The charge goes through Razorpay, converted from the rupee total at the exchange rate when the order is placed. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.
• Delivery. The delivery fee is the one shown at checkout, set by shipping weight and destination. Orders are dispatched from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Transit times are estimates and do not include customs clearance. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
• Duties and local rules. Import duties and taxes are paid by the customer. You are the importer, and you are responsible for checking that the products may be imported and used in your country, including voltage, plug types, certification and local rules.
• Returns. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Damage or a wrong item reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or video, is refunded or reshipped; a product dead on arrival reported within 7 days of delivery is replaced. Refused, unpaid-duty or unclaimed parcels are not refunded.
• Warranty. Brand warranties are honoured by the brands in India, under each brand's own terms; some brands state that their warranty is valid only in India.
• Where we do not deliver. Pakistan, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus and Afghanistan, and the Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. We may cancel, with a full refund, any order we cannot lawfully or practically deliver.

Returns on orders delivered in India are governed by our Returns & refunds policy (7-day window, free return shipping); international orders follow the clause above. Products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty; your Elume invoice is your proof of purchase.

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempts to breach security, no fraudulent orders or reviews. Business accounts must provide a valid GSTIN for GST-invoiced purchases.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer-forum rights you hold.
