1, 2 and 4 changeover modules, fused and fuse-fail LED variants, slim 24 V DC relay modules.
UL Group relay modules are DIN rail boards carrying 2 to 32 plug-in electromechanical relays with screw terminals, used to isolate PLC, DCS or drive digital outputs from field loads. Each channel has a relay with 24 V DC or AC coil, contact terminals and a status LED, so a transistor output card can switch solenoids, contactors, lamps and hooters without exposing the controller to field voltage or inrush.
The standard range is organised by coil type and contact count. DC relay modules come with 1 C/O, 2 C/O or 4 C/O contacts, with options for a fuse in each contact and a fuse-fail LED. AC relay modules follow the same 1, 2 and 4 C/O layouts for 110 V or 230 V coil circuits. Slim relay modules with a 24 V DC coil and single contact save panel width where many channels are needed.
Indian panel builders fit these between PLC output cards and the field in process, water, cement and steel plants, and for drive and MCC interlocks. Specify coil voltage, contact arrangement, channel count, contact rating against the load, fuse and LED needs, and 2.5 sq mm screw terminals for site wiring.
Elume sells UL dc and ac relay modules on order: send the part numbers or the specification and the quantity, and we come back with one GST-ready quote, usually within a working day. Bulk and project quantities welcome; delivery across India. See the whole UL range we quote on the UL page, or the full catalogue on UL's own site.
The series asked for most. Any other UL part number is quoted the same way.
A relay module places 8, 16 or 32 relays with LEDs, terminals and optional fuses on one DIN rail board, cutting wiring time, panel space and fault-finding effort. Relays are plug-in, so a failed channel is replaced without disturbing field wiring.
Yes. The relay coil is driven by the 24 V DC output while the changeover contact switches the 230 V AC coil, giving galvanic isolation. Confirm the contactor coil inrush against the contact rating when enquiring.
Each contact carries a fuse protecting the field circuit, and an LED lights when that fuse opens. Operators see the faulty channel at a glance instead of tracing which load has lost supply, which matters in large marshalling panels.
