5 to 16 port DIN-rail and rack switches, copper and fibre.
ORing unmanaged Ethernet switches are plug-and-play DIN-rail switches for connecting PLCs, HMIs, drives, cameras and I/O on a machine or in a control cabinet without any configuration. They run from redundant 12 to 48 V DC inputs, carry a relay alarm output on most models and operate from -40 to 70 degrees C, so they survive panels that commercial switches cannot.
The IES series covers 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet in 5 to 16 ports with copper or fibre uplinks, and the IGS series covers Gigabit with models such as the IGS-1050A and IGS-1080A (5 and 8 copper ports), the IGS-1041GPA and IGS-1042GPA with SFP uplinks, and the IGS-C1050 and IGS-C1080 compact units. Slim-type housings fit narrow cabinets; IP67 versions with M12 ports suit washdown and outdoor mounting.
Indian machine builders and system integrators choose by port count, Gigabit versus Fast Ethernet, fibre uplink need and cabinet depth. State the supply voltage available, the operating temperature of the enclosure, the number of fibre links and whether a relay alarm contact is required, so the right IES or IGS model is quoted.
Elume sells ORing unmanaged ethernet switches (ies, igs) on order: send the part numbers or the specification and the quantity, and we come back with one GST-ready quote, usually within a working day. Bulk and project quantities welcome; delivery across India. See the whole ORing range we quote on the ORing page, or the full catalogue on ORing's own site.
The series asked for most. Any other ORing part number is quoted the same way.
An unmanaged switch suits a single machine or a small cell network where no VLANs, ring redundancy or remote diagnostics are needed. Once the network crosses several cabinets or needs redundancy, a managed IGS or RGS switch is the right choice.
Yes. ORing industrial unmanaged switches are rated for -40 to 70 degrees C operation without fans, which covers un-airconditioned panels in Indian plants, provided the cabinet allows some airflow around the unit.
Yes. IES and IGS models with the GP or FX suffix carry SFP slots or fixed fibre ports for links between buildings or past high-noise areas. State the distance and fibre type so the matching SFP is quoted with the switch.
