Power over Ethernet up to 90 W for cameras, access points and sensors.
ORing PoE switches supply data and power on the same Ethernet cable to IP cameras, wireless access points, access-control readers and industrial sensors, removing local power supplies at each device. They implement IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at PoE+ and, on newer models, 802.3bt up to 90 W per port, with a PoE power budget sized for the whole switch and a wide DC input range.
The IGPS series is DIN-rail: unmanaged models such as IGPS-C1042GP and IGPS-C1082GP, the IGPS-1082GP-BT with 802.3bt, and managed models like IGPS-9084GP and the IGPS-9622DGP+-BT with 2.5G uplinks and 90 W ports. The RGPS series is rackmount with 24 Gigabit PoE ports and SFP uplinks (RGPS-3244GP-P Layer 2, RGPS-9244GP-LP-HV Layer 3). Older IPS models give 10/100 PoE for small camera sets.
Indian CCTV, plant and campus buyers size a PoE switch by total PoE budget as well as port count: add the wattage of every powered device and keep margin for cold-start. Decide managed versus unmanaged, Gigabit versus Fast Ethernet, the DC supply available (PoE needs 48 to 57 V DC input on most units) and fibre uplinks to the head end.
Elume sells ORing poe switches (igps) on order: send the part numbers or the specification and the quantity, and we come back with one GST-ready quote, usually within a working day. Bulk and project quantities welcome; delivery across India. See the whole ORing range we quote on the ORing page, or the full catalogue on ORing's own site.
The series asked for most. Any other ORing part number is quoted the same way.
Add the maximum power draw of every camera, access point or reader on the switch, include cable losses, and keep roughly 20 percent margin. The switch's stated PoE budget must exceed that total; otherwise the lowest-priority ports may be shut off under load.
Most DIN-rail IGPS models take 48 to 57 V DC input and need a suitably rated industrial supply, which can be quoted with the switch. Rackmount RGPS units have built-in AC supplies. Check the input range on the chosen model.
Yes, if the port standard matches. PTZ cameras with heaters and high-power access points often need 802.3bt at 60 to 90 W, so choose a BT model such as IGPS-1082GP-BT or IGPS-9622DGP+-BT for those ports.
