OT segmentation, VPN, 4G and 5G connectivity for remote sites.
ORing routers and gateways connect a machine or site network to the wider plant, the internet or a cellular carrier while keeping it isolated. They provide NAT, firewall rules, VPN tunnels (IPsec, OpenVPN) and, on cellular models, 4G LTE or 5G WAN with SIM fail-over so remote pumps, substations, kiosks and vehicles can be monitored and serviced securely without a wired link.
The IGR-40D is a DIN-rail secure Gigabit router with firewall and VPN for machine-to-plant segregation. The IAR-142-4G and IAR-142+-4G are compact DIN-rail 4G LTE routers, the IGAR-1004-D5G adds 5G with Gigabit LAN, and the TDGAR-1083D+ family is the EN 50155 on-board rail router with 4G or 5G, Wi-Fi and M12 ports. ORing's OT cybersecurity range adds industrial intrusion detection and DIN-rail M2M gateways for protocol conversion and edge data.
Indian OEMs, water utilities, solar O&M and transport buyers pick by WAN type (Ethernet, 4G, 5G), the number of LAN ports, VPN protocol used by their central system, dual-SIM fail-over and the mounting environment. State the carrier bands in use, the data the site will send, whether serial ports are needed and any EN 50155 or IP rating requirement.
Elume sells ORing secure routers, firewalls and cellular gateways on order: send the part numbers or the specification and the quantity, and we come back with one GST-ready quote, usually within a working day. Bulk and project quantities welcome; delivery across India. See the whole ORing range we quote on the ORing page, or the full catalogue on ORing's own site.
The series asked for most. Any other ORing part number is quoted the same way.
Industrial routers run on 12 to 48 V DC, survive -40 to 70 degrees C, mount on DIN-rail, recover from carrier drops automatically and support site-to-site VPN and firewall rules. Consumer units lack these, and they fail in a hot cabinet.
Yes. Set up an IPsec or OpenVPN tunnel from the router to the central server so PLC traffic never travels openly on the carrier network, and use the firewall to permit only the needed ports. Cellular models add 4G or 5G as the WAN link.
Yes. The TDGAR-1083D+ family carries EN 50155 compliance with M12 connectors, wide-voltage input and 4G or 5G plus Wi-Fi for on-board connectivity and train-to-ground links.
