Open-Vision is ORing's network management software for industrial networks built on ORing switches, routers and wireless products. It discovers devices on the network, draws the topology including rings, shows link and port status in real time, raises alarms on faults and lets the maintenance team push configuration and firmware to many switches at once instead of logging into each unit.
Open-Vision V4.0 is the established release for topology view, device discovery, SNMP monitoring and batch configuration. Open-Vision Pro V5 is the current platform with a web-based interface, dashboards, event and alarm management, multi-user access and reporting, suited to larger plant and infrastructure networks. Licensing is by the number of managed nodes, and the software runs on a Windows server or PC on the OT network.
Indian plant IT and OT teams choose Open-Vision when the network has grown beyond a handful of switches or when the client asks for network monitoring as part of a SCADA or CCTV project.
