Bus couplers for PROFINET, PROFIBUS, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP and CANopen with digital, analogue and function modules.
TB20 is the Helmholz modular distributed I/O system. A bus coupler for the chosen fieldbus heads a DIN-rail station and I/O modules clip on behind it, each with a detachable front connector so modules can be swapped without rewiring. Channel LEDs, hot-swap, and a tool-free mounting system keep commissioning and maintenance fast, and the station is configured from the PLC project like any other fieldbus device.
Bus couplers are available for PROFINET IO (600-180-1AA11), PROFIBUS-DP, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, CANopen and DeviceNet. Digital modules cover DC 24 V and AC 230 V inputs, DC 24 V outputs at 0.5 A, 2 A and high-frequency, relay outputs and mixed I/O; analog modules cover current, voltage, RTD and thermocouple inputs at 12 and 16 bit and current or voltage outputs. Function modules add weighing, fast counters, SSI encoder and energy metering; system modules supply power and isolation.
Indian panel builders choose TB20 for remote I/O under Siemens, Beckhoff, Rockwell or Schneider controllers where channel density and easy module exchange matter. Specify the fieldbus, the channel count and type per module, isolation and supply groups, special functions (weighing, counters, SSI) and the number of stations.
Elume sells Helmholz tb20 distributed i/o on order: send the part numbers or the specification and the quantity, and we come back with one GST-ready quote, usually within a working day. Bulk and project quantities welcome; delivery across India. See the whole Helmholz range we quote on the Helmholz page, or the full catalogue on Helmholz's own site.
The series asked for most. Any other Helmholz part number is quoted the same way.
Yes. The TB20 PROFINET bus coupler is configured from its GSDML file in TIA Portal or STEP 7 and the station is addressed like an ET 200 station. The PROFIBUS coupler does the same for S7-300 and S7-400 systems.
A TB20 station takes up to 64 modules behind one bus coupler, subject to the current drawn from the backplane. Power modules are added along the station to start new supply groups when needed.
Yes. TB20 supports hot-swapping of modules with the front connector staying in place, so a faulty module can be replaced without stopping the station or disturbing the wiring.
