Helmholz REX routers and the myREX24 portal are a remote-maintenance system for machines and plants. The DIN-rail router at the machine builds an outbound VPN connection to the myREX24 portal; the service engineer logs in to the portal from a PC and reaches the PLC, HMI, drives and cameras behind the router as if on site. No inbound ports are opened at the customer's plant, and every session is logged.
The REX 100 (700-875-WAN01) is the current industrial router with a WAN Ethernet port and LAN ports for the machine network, available with WiFi or integrated LTE modem options for the EU and Asia, so a machine can be reached where the customer offers no network. The myREX24 V2 portal provides VPN management, user and machine administration, data monitoring and reports; the myREX24 virtual server (800-873-DEMO1) runs the same technology inside a company's own network.

Yes. The LTE variants of the REX 100 carry an integrated modem, so the router reaches the portal over the mobile network with a local SIM. Choose the band variant that matches the carriers in the destination country.
Yes. The myREX24 V2 portal records every connection and user action and provides reports, which supports customer audit requirements and lets the OEM bill service time accurately.
