SKINTOP is LAPP's cable gland brand for sealing and strain-relieving cables where they enter enclosures, motors and junction boxes. Glands are available in polyamide, nickel-plated brass and stainless steel, in metric M12 to M110 and PG threads, with IP68 and IP69 ratings on most types. The lamella cage insert grips the cable over a wide clamping range and provides vibration-proof strain relief without damaging the sheath.
SKINTOP ST-M and STR-M are the polyamide glands, oil resistant with UL approval. SKINTOP MS-M and MSR-M are nickel-plated brass for mechanical and chemical stability, and MS-SC-M adds EMC screen contact. SKINTOP CLICK is the tool-free snap-in gland for panel work. For multiple cables through one cut-out, SKINTOP CUBE is a frame-and-module entry system and CUBE MULTI uses a gel insert with 21 or 23 bushings.
Indian panel shops, OEMs and MEP contractors use SKINTOP on control panels, motor terminal boxes, outdoor enclosures and machine frames. Specify by thread size and standard, cable outer diameter, material, IP rating, EMC need, temperature and whether a locknut, seal or reducer is required.

Polyamide ST-M glands cover most indoor panels and machines and are lighter and cheaper. Choose brass MS-M for outdoor enclosures, chemical plants, high vibration, higher temperatures or where EMC contact with a screened cable is needed.
SKINTOP CUBE is built for this: cables with connectors already fitted are routed through a frame and sealed by split modules, so you avoid cutting and re-terminating. Tell us the cut-out size and the number and diameters of cables.
Yes. Most SKINTOP series are offered in metric and PG threads, with NPT on selected types. State the thread, cable diameter and quantity and Elume quotes the glands and accessories on order with a GST invoice.
