ÖLFLEX is LAPP's family of flexible multicore control and power cables for machines, panels and plant wiring. The cores are class 5 fine-wire copper, numbered or colour coded, under a PVC, PUR, halogen-free or silicone sheath depending on the series. Rated voltages run from 300/500 V for control work to 0.6/1 kV for motor and power feeds, with oil resistance and flame retardance to IEC 60332-1-2 across most of the range.
ÖLFLEX CLASSIC 110 is the general-purpose PVC control cable, with CY (screened), CH (halogen-free) and BLACK 0.6/1 kV variants. ÖLFLEX SERVO 2YSLCY-JB is a double-screened, low-capacitance motor cable for VFD drives. ÖLFLEX CHAIN covers power-chain and moving-machine duty, ÖLFLEX ROBUST adds a chemical-resistant TPE sheath, ÖLFLEX HEAT 180 is silicone for high-temperature zones and ÖLFLEX SOLAR XLWP is the DC string cable for PV plants.
Indian OEMs, panel builders and plant contractors use ÖLFLEX for control panels, drive-to-motor runs, machine tools and material handling. Selection depends on the core count and cross-section, whether a screen is needed for EMC, the ambient and flexing temperature, oil or chemical exposure, and whether the run is fixed, occasionally flexed or in a continuous drag chain.

CLASSIC 110 is the unscreened PVC control cable. CLASSIC 110 CY adds a tinned copper braid screen under a transparent outer sheath, which is used where EMC matters, such as alongside drives or in signal-sensitive panels. Core counts and cross-sections are otherwise the same.
ÖLFLEX SERVO 2YSLCY-JB is built for this: it is double screened with low capacitance and rated 0.6/1 kV, which limits bearing currents and EMI from PWM drives. State the motor rating so the cross-section can be matched, and the run length.
Both. Tell us the metres you need per size; we quote on order for business buyers against a GST invoice. Large sizes and special series are normally supplied on full drums, while standard CLASSIC 110 sizes can usually be cut to length.
