SILVYN is LAPP's range of flexible protective conduits and fittings for guarding cables against abrasion, crushing, oil, chemicals and UV outside the enclosure. The family spans parallel-corrugated polyamide conduits, PVC conduits with a spring-steel spiral, galvanised steel one-hook conduits with or without a liquid-tight jacket, and the SILVYN KLICK fittings that join them to enclosures and machines.
SILVYN RILL PA6 is the classic corrugated polyamide conduit, halogen free and flame retardant, in grey and black for outdoor use; FPAS is the related polyamide type. SILVYN FPS is a highly flexible PVC conduit with a spring-steel wire for robots and drag chains. SILVYN EL is a smooth PVC conduit with rigid spiral, IP68. SILVYN AS and AS-P are galvanised steel conduits, and SILVYN LCC-2 and LCCH-2 are liquid-tight steel conduits with a PVC jacket.
Indian machine builders and plant maintenance teams use SILVYN on machine exteriors, motor leads, outdoor runs to sensors and on robots. Choose by nominal size and inner diameter, material and temperature range, flexibility needed, liquid-tightness, and the fitting thread (M or PG) at each end.

SILVYN FPS: it is highly flexible thanks to the spring-steel wire inside a PVC wall and is rated for mechanical engineering, robots and moving applications. For lighter static protection RILL PA6 is cheaper and lighter.
Use LCC-2 where oil, coolant or water can reach the conduit, such as on machine tools and outdoor motors; its PVC jacket seals the steel spiral. SILVYN AS is for dry, high-temperature or EMC-shielding runs where a jacket is not needed.
Yes. Give the conduit type, size and metres plus the fitting count and thread at each termination, and Elume quotes the full SILVYN set on order with a GST invoice.
