Flexible single cores for panel internals in the standard colour code.
LAPP's single cores are flexible class 5 copper conductors with a single insulation layer, used for internal wiring of control cabinets, switchgear, distribution boards and equipment. The range covers harmonised PVC wires to EN 50525, twin-colour helix versions for identification, multi-standard wires with UL and CSA approvals for export panels, and silicone-insulated wires for high-temperature zones. They are supplied on rings, spools or in cardboard dispenser boxes.
H05V-K is rated 300/500 V and H07V-K 450/750 V, both PVC, flame retardant and HAR marked. X05V-K and X07V-K are the same constructions with a twin-colour helix for circuit identification. ÖLFLEX WIRE MS 1 and MS 2.1 carry UL AWM, MTW and CSA approvals alongside the HAR mark, so one wire suits panels shipped to Europe and North America. ÖLFLEX HEAT 180 SiF is a tinned copper silicone wire rated -50 to +180 °C.
Panel builders in India use these for control wiring, power wiring inside enclosures and motor connection boxes. The key decisions are rated voltage, cross-section (0.5 to 240 mm²), colour for the circuit convention, approvals needed for the export destination, and the maximum conductor temperature.
