PVC and halogen-free slotted and unslotted panel trunking with covers, in standard sizes.
Trinity Touch wiring ducts are rigid PVC or halogen-free channels with snap-on covers that route and separate control wiring inside electrical panels. The slotted side walls let conductors leave the duct at any point towards terminals, relays and breakers, while the cover keeps the harness tidy and protected. The ducts are made in India and are the standard way of organising wiring in MCC, PCC, PLC and drive panels.
The PVC range comes in narrow slot, wide slot and un-slotted versions. Narrow slot suits dense control wiring with small conductors, wide slot suits power wiring and thicker cables, and un-slotted duct is used where wires only pass through. The halogen-free range carries the same three profiles in a low-smoke, halogen-free compound for metro, rail, data centre and public-building panels. Accessories include end caps, duct cutters, rivets and wire retainers.
Indian panel builders pick duct by fill ratio: the cross-section should carry the full harness at about 50 to 60 percent fill with room for additions. Match the duct width to the terminal pitch and the slot opening to the thickest wire. Specify the compound, colour (grey is standard) and standard 2 m lengths so the quote lines up with your panel drawing.
Elume sells Trinity Touch wiring ducts on order: send the part numbers or the specification and the quantity, and we come back with one GST-ready quote, usually within a working day. Bulk and project quantities welcome; delivery across India. See the whole Trinity Touch range we quote on the Trinity Touch page, or the full catalogue on Trinity Touch's own site.
The series asked for most. Any other Trinity Touch part number is quoted the same way.
Narrow slot duct is the usual choice for PLC and relay panels because the fine slot pitch matches 2.5 mm terminal spacing and holds small control conductors in place. Use wide slot where power cables above 6 mm2 enter the duct.
Halogen-free duct is specified where smoke toxicity matters in an enclosed public space: metro, rail, tunnels, hospitals, data centres and high-rise buildings. Consultants often call it out as LSZH or HFFR in the panel specification.
