Trinity Touch enclosures are moulded or cast boxes that house terminals, relays, small controllers, metering and junctions in the field and inside plants. They are made in India in thermoplastic, glass-fibre reinforced polyester (FRP) and die-cast aluminium, with screw or hinged lids, and are drilled for cable glands on site or supplied with pre-formed entries.
The thermoplastic range is split into a Basic Series for light indoor and outdoor junction duty and a Heavy Series with thicker walls and higher impact resistance for industrial and solar use. FRP enclosures suit corrosive, coastal and chemical sites where plastics and steel degrade. Aluminium enclosures add EMI screening and mechanical strength for instrumentation and hazardous-area adjacent duties. Accessories include mounting plates, DIN rails, hinges, terminal kits and transparent lids.
Indian buyers size the enclosure from the component layout plus 20 to 30 percent spare depth and width for wiring. Choose material by site (sun exposure, salt, chemicals), lid type by access frequency, and confirm the IP rating and UV stabilisation if the box is outdoors. Customised junction boxes with terminals and glands fitted at the works can be quoted as one assembled item.

Heavy Series thermoplastic with UV stabilisation is the usual choice for solar string and AC junction boxes. FRP is used on coastal or chemical sites where salt and fumes attack plastics, and aluminium where EMI screening or extra strength is needed.

Thermoplastic and FRP enclosures are typically rated IP65 or IP66 when fitted with the correct gasket and glands. The final rating depends on the gland and lid, so state the required rating in the enquiry.
