35 mm and G rails with end clamps, insulated terminals, cord-end ferrules and copper lugs.
Trinity Touch DIN rails and terminals are the mounting and termination hardware in every control panel. The rails carry breakers, relays, terminal blocks and power supplies, and the crimp terminals, cord ends and lugs finish conductor ends so they clamp cleanly into terminals, busbars and switchgear. All are made in India to standard dimensions so they interchange with other makers' components.
Rails come in 35 mm top-hat section with 15 mm or 7.5 mm depth, a 32 mm G-section rail for heavy components, and a 15 mm miniature rail, in slotted or plain form with end clamps and accessories. Terminals are grouped as solderless ring, spade and pin types in insulated and non-insulated finishes, single and twin cord-end ferrules for fine-stranded wire, and copper tubular lugs with or without inspection hole for power cables.
Indian panel builders order rail by cut length and depth to suit component weight, and terminals by conductor size and stud diameter. Cord ends are chosen by conductor cross-section and insulation colour code, lugs by cable size and bolt hole. Give quantities per size in packs and state any plating or tin finish required.
Elume sells Trinity Touch din rails and terminals on order: send the part numbers or the specification and the quantity, and we come back with one GST-ready quote, usually within a working day. Bulk and project quantities welcome; delivery across India. See the whole Trinity Touch range we quote on the Trinity Touch page, or the full catalogue on Trinity Touch's own site.
The series asked for most. Any other Trinity Touch part number is quoted the same way.
Use 15 mm deep rail where heavy components such as large contactors, MCCBs or long runs of power terminals would otherwise bend the rail. Standard 7.5 mm rail is adequate for MCBs, relays and control terminals.
Insulated terminals have a colour-coded sleeve (red, blue, yellow by conductor size) and are used on control wiring. Non-insulated terminals are bare copper or brass for power terminations where heat shrink or the enclosure provides insulation.
The inspection hole lets the installer confirm the conductor reaches the full barrel depth before crimping, which many utility and industrial specifications require. Lugs without the hole are used where the specification does not call for it.
