Trinity Touch flexible conduits protect cables between a fixed panel and moving, vibrating or awkwardly placed equipment such as motors, sensors, actuators, lighting and machine tools. The conduit takes the bending and abrasion, and the fittings seal the cable path into the enclosure or junction box. The range is made in India in both metallic and non-metallic constructions.
The Flexicon metallic range uses a galvanised steel core, plain or PVC-coated, with brass or nickel-plated fittings for plants, mills and outdoor machinery. The Flexicon non-metallic range is a corrugated PA or PVC conduit with swivel and straight fittings for machine builders and automation. TRIFLEX is a separate non-metallic conduit family with its own fittings and accessories for lighter-duty wiring where flexibility and low weight count.
Indian buyers select conduit by internal diameter against the cable bundle, by metal or polymer construction against the site, and by fitting thread to match the gland plate. State liquid-tight or dust-tight requirements, the bend radius available and whether the fittings must be straight, 45 degree or 90 degree.

Non-metallic corrugated conduit is lighter, cheaper and easier to route on machines and automation cells. Metallic conduit is chosen where mechanical damage, heat, rodents or EMI screening are concerns, such as mills, foundries and outdoor drives.
Fittings are specific to the conduit family and nominal size. Order the conduit and fittings together, state the thread (PG or metric) that matches the enclosure entry, and specify straight or angled bodies for each termination.
Yes. PVC-coated metallic Flexicon with sealed fittings gives a liquid-tight run for wash-down and outdoor use. Mention the IP rating you need so the right conduit and fitting combination is quoted.
