Relay, solid-state, passive, power distribution and CNC interface modules, 4 to 16 channel relay cards.
Trinity Touch interface modules sit between a PLC, CNC or motion controller and the field devices. Relay modules isolate and amplify controller outputs to switch contactors, valves and lamps; passive modules break out ribbon or D-sub connectors to screw terminals so field wiring can be landed without soldering. They are DIN-rail mounted, made in India and widely used in machine tool, packaging and process panels.
Electromechanical relay modules come in DC-input and AC-input versions from 2 to 32 channels, with options for fuses and status LEDs. Solid-state relay modules switch DC or AC loads silently with no contact wear. Passive, utility, diode O-ring, power distribution and lamp-test modules handle signal routing and panel housekeeping. The CNC interface module provides 24 inputs and 16 outputs on an FRC 50 connector, and 8-pin and 14-pin socket relays plus DIN-rail PCB supports complete the range.
Indian buyers choose modules by channel count, coil voltage (24 V DC is standard), contact rating and the controller connector (FRC, D-sub, ELCO or RJ45). Confirm the output type (relay or SSR), whether a common or isolated channel scheme is needed, and the mating cable so the module lands directly on the PLC card.
Elume sells Trinity Touch relay boards and interface modules on order: send the part numbers or the specification and the quantity, and we come back with one GST-ready quote, usually within a working day. Bulk and project quantities welcome; delivery across India. See the whole Trinity Touch range we quote on the Trinity Touch page, or the full catalogue on Trinity Touch's own site.
The series asked for most. Any other Trinity Touch part number is quoted the same way.
Use relay modules for mixed AC and DC loads, inductive loads and where galvanic isolation with a visible contact is wanted. Use SSR modules for fast, high-cycle switching such as solenoid valves and heaters, where contact wear would shorten relay life.
Yes, when the module connector and the prefabricated cable match the PLC front connector. Tell us the PLC model and I/O card so the correct FRC or D-sub module and cable are quoted together.
Trinity Touch builds interface modules to customer requirements, including non-standard channel counts and connector mixes. Send the schematic or a description of the signals and Elume quotes the custom module on order.
