Trinity Touch prefabricated cables are ready-terminated assemblies that connect a PLC, CNC or motion controller I/O card to a Trinity Touch interface module. Instead of hand-wiring 16 or 32 signals to terminals, the panel builder plugs one tested cable at each end. The assemblies are made in India and are supplied in standard lengths or cut to a stated length.
The range follows the interface module connectors: flat ribbon (FRC/IDC) assemblies in 10 to 50 way, D-sub assemblies in 9 to 37 way in male or female gender, and PLC front-connector cables that mate with the plug-in connectors of common PLC and CNC families. Round shielded cable is used where the run leaves the panel or passes near drives. Custom assemblies with mixed connectors are built to drawing.
Indian buyers specify the connector at each end, the number of ways, the length and the shielding, and usually pair the cable with the matching interface module in the same enquiry. Confirm the PLC card type so the pin assignment is correct, and state quantities per length.

Yes, provided the PLC make, model and I/O card are stated. The pin assignment of the prefabricated cable and its interface module is built for that card so signals land on the correct terminals without re-wiring.
Assemblies are made in standard lengths such as 1 m, 2 m and 3 m and can be cut to a specified length. State the exact run from the PLC rack to the module position so the quote is for the right length.
Yes. Cables are quoted on their own when you already have modules in service. Mention the module part or connector type at the far end so the mating connector is correct.
