PROFIBUS and PROFINET connectors, RJ45 and M12 connectors, patch cords and repeaters.
Phoenix Contact's data connectors terminate fieldbus and Ethernet cables in the field without special tooling. The range includes D-SUB bus connectors for PROFIBUS and CAN with switchable termination, field-assembly RJ45 plugs rated for industrial use up to 10 Gbit/s, M12 D-coded and X-coded connectors for PROFINET and Gigabit Ethernet, and pre-assembled bus and patch cables. Most use insulation-displacement or push-lock termination.
SUBCON-PLUS-PROFIB is the PROFIBUS DP D-SUB family at up to 12 Mbit/s, in 35°, 90° and axial cable outlets with PG or M12 B-coded entries and a termination switch. VS-08-RJ45 is the industrial RJ45 family with IDC termination, including the 10G/Q Cat 6A plug. SACC M12 connectors come in D-coded for 100 Mbit/s PROFINET and X-coded for 10 Gbit/s, with SPEEDCON half-turn locking on many types.
Indian system integrators use these for PROFIBUS networks on drives and remote I/O, PROFINET and EtherNet/IP cells, and IP67 Ethernet links to field devices. Specify the bus or network type, connector style and cable outlet angle, termination method, cable diameter and conductor gauge, shielding, locking type and whether a bus terminator is needed.
Elume sells Phoenix Contact fieldbus and data connectors on order: send the part numbers or the specification and the quantity, and we come back with one GST-ready quote, usually within a working day. Bulk and project quantities welcome; delivery across India. See the whole Phoenix Contact range we quote on the Phoenix Contact page, or the full catalogue on Phoenix Contact's own site.
The series asked for most. Any other Phoenix Contact part number is quoted the same way.
Any SUBCON-PLUS-PROFIB plug has a termination switch; set it on at the two segment ends only. For M12 B-coded versions, termination is by a separate M12 terminator. Choose the 35° or 90° outlet to suit the device clearance.
Yes. VS-08-RJ45 plugs use insulation-displacement termination that is closed by hand or with a simple pliers, and they accept solid or stranded industrial Ethernet cable within the stated gauge range.
D-coded carries 100 Mbit/s PROFINET on four contacts and is the usual choice. Use X-coded eight-contact connectors only where the device runs at 1 Gbit/s or above. Elume quotes both on order with a GST invoice.
