PLCnext Control runs IEC 61131-3 programs alongside C++, C#, Python and MATLAB Simulink code on a Linux platform, with PROFINET, OPC UA and cloud connectivity built in, and development certified to IEC 62443-4-1. Axioline F is the fast block I/O system that mounts directly beside the controller; Inline is the earlier modular I/O family still supported with its ILC controllers.
AXC F 2152 is the mid-range PLCnext controller with dual-core processing, two Ethernet ports and 1 ms cycles; AXC F 3152 is the higher-performance unit for larger applications. AXC F XT extension modules add PROFIBUS, Ethernet ports or the SPLC 1000 and 3000 safety controllers up to SIL 3. Axioline F modules such as AXL F DI16/1 provide digital, analogue, temperature and function I/O with push-in connections. ILC 191 controllers serve Inline-based machines.
