Wi-Fi and Bluetooth links for machines, AGVs and rotating equipment.
Anybus Wireless Bolt and Wireless Bridge replace cables that wear out on rotating tables, AGVs, cranes, tool changers and moving machine sections. The Bolt screws into an M50 hole on the machine or cabinet and carries its own IP67 antenna; the Bridge is a DIN rail unit with internal or external antennas. Both link industrial Ethernet, serial or CAN over Bluetooth, Bluetooth LE or Wi-Fi 2.4 and 5 GHz, and carry PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP and PROFIsafe traffic.
Wireless Bolt Ethernet (AWB2000) and Wireless Bolt Serial (AWB2010) are the original Bolts; the serial version routes Modbus TCP to Modbus RTU. Wireless Bolt II (AWB6 range) is the newer Ethernet Bolt with up to 400 m range in free line of sight. Wireless Bolt IoT and Bolt LTE add cellular LTE Cat-M1, NB-IoT and Cat-4 links. Wireless Bridge II Ethernet (AWB3000 internal antenna, AWB3010 external) is an access point for up to seven clients, rated IP65 or IP66/67.
Indian buyers state the wired interface (Ethernet, RS-232/485 or CAN), the protocol, the number of wireless clients, the distance and line of sight, whether the device moves, and any hazardous area or cellular requirement. Pairs are quoted as access point and client.
Elume sells Anybus wireless bolt and wireless bridge on order: send the part numbers or the specification and the quantity, and we come back with one GST-ready quote, usually within a working day. Bulk and project quantities welcome; delivery across India. See the whole Anybus range we quote on the Anybus page, or the full catalogue on Anybus's own site.
The series asked for most. Any other Anybus part number is quoted the same way.
Yes. The Bolt and Bridge II are tested for PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP, and HMS states they meet PROFIsafe black-channel requirements. For cyclic traffic in noisy plants, Bluetooth mode gives the most deterministic link.
HMS rates the Bolt II and Bridge II at up to 400 m with free line of sight. Inside a shed with racks and cranes, plan on tens of metres and mount the Bolt high and clear of metal; a site survey is advised for AGV routes.
Usually yes, one as access point and one as client, unless the machine must join an existing Wi-Fi network, in which case a single Bolt in client mode is enough. The quote lists the pair and the matching cables.
