Ixxat Safe T100 family for safe communication in Anybus-based devices.
HMS functional safety products let a device or machine exchange safe I/O over a standard industrial network using CIP Safety on EtherNet/IP, PROFIsafe on PROFINET or FSoE on EtherCAT, up to SIL 3 and PL e. They are built for drive makers, robot builders and machine OEMs who need certified safe stop, safe inputs and safe outputs without developing their own safety stack and without a separate hardwired safety bus.
Ixxat Safe T100 (listed as T100 Safety Hardware) is the embedded safety I/O board that pairs with an Anybus CompactCom 40 to run the safety protocol over the black channel, with variants for CIP Safety, PROFIsafe and FSoE. Safe2Link Pure IO is the newer embedded board with enhanced safety features for devices and mobile machines, and Safe2Link Remote IO a plug-and-play module mounted on the machine. TUV-certified protocol software lets OEMs run the safety stack on their own hardware.
Indian buyers state the safety protocol and network, the number of safe inputs and outputs, the required SIL or PL, the host interface (CompactCom pairing or own hardware) and whether an embedded board or a machine-mounted remote module fits the design.
Elume sells Anybus functional safety modules on order: send the part numbers or the specification and the quantity, and we come back with one GST-ready quote, usually within a working day. Bulk and project quantities welcome; delivery across India. See the whole Anybus range we quote on the Anybus page, or the full catalogue on Anybus's own site.
The series asked for most. Any other Anybus part number is quoted the same way.
The modules carry safe I/O over the network to a safety PLC, replacing the separate safety wiring for those signals. The overall machine safety function, including the safety controller and risk assessment, remains the responsibility of the machine builder.
The Safe T100 is designed to sit behind an Anybus CompactCom 40 that implements the Functional Safety object. For designs without CompactCom, the Safe2Link boards or the certified protocol software on your own hardware are the options.
The HMS safety products are developed and TUV-certified for use in applications up to SIL 3 (IEC 61508) and PL e (ISO 13849-1). The end device certification is completed by the OEM with HMS documentation.
