Symmetrical shielded VFD cables and tray-rated power cables.
Belden VFD cables connect inverter drives to motors while containing the high-frequency noise and voltage spikes that PWM output produces. They use XLPE insulation for high corona inception voltage, a full ground path, and a combined foil and braid shield so common-mode current returns to the drive rather than through bearings or control wiring. Ratings are 600 V and 1000 V, with tray cable and exposed-run listings.
29501 is the 14 AWG three-conductor cable with insulated ground and 29502 the 12 AWG version with 300% ground; larger gauges continue through the same series. F-suffix cables (29501F, 29502F) have TPE jackets and finer stranding for flexing, and T-suffix cables are LSZH. The 295xxC and 297xxC series, such as 29521C, use three symmetrical segmented bare copper grounds for the lowest noise on larger motors, and Belden Basics VFD covers large sizes up to 500 kcmil.
Indian OEMs and plants use these on pumps, fans, compressors, cranes and machine tools driven by VFDs. Select by motor full-load current and gauge, voltage rating, single insulated ground or symmetrical grounds, flexibility, jacket rating for tray or outdoor runs, and the drive manufacturer's cable length and shielding recommendations.
Elume sells Belden vfd and power cables on order: send the part numbers or the specification and the quantity, and we come back with one GST-ready quote, usually within a working day. Bulk and project quantities welcome; delivery across India. See the whole Belden range we quote on the Belden page, or the full catalogue on Belden's own site.
The series asked for most. Any other Belden part number is quoted the same way.
PWM drives produce fast voltage edges that ordinary PVC insulation and loose shielding handle poorly, causing insulation stress, bearing currents and interference. Belden VFD cables use XLPE insulation, a full ground and a foil plus braid shield to contain these effects.
On larger motors and long runs, three symmetrical grounds balance the return currents and cut common-mode noise further than a single ground. Belden's 295xxC and 297xxC series provide this; for small motors 29501 or 29502 with a single ground is usually sufficient.
Yes. F-suffix cables have TPE jackets for flexing and T-suffix cables are LSZH. Elume quotes the exact Belden part on order for business buyers with a GST invoice; state gauge, ground style and length.
