Belden's enterprise copper cabling covers horizontal and backbone links in offices, data centres, hospitals and campuses. Cables are 4-pair, 23 or 24 AWG solid bare copper in U/UTP or F/UTP constructions, riser (CMR), plenum (CMP) and LSZH jackets, tested beyond the TIA category limits. The REVConnect connectivity system terminates jacks, plugs and couplers with one core and one tool, in shielded and unshielded Cat 6A and Cat 6 versions.
1583A and 1585A are the Cat 5e horizontal cables. 2412 is the Cat 6+ enhanced cable rated to 350 MHz with 2412F as the F/UTP version. 10GXS12 is the small-diameter Cat 6A at 625 MHz and 10GX52F the shielded F/UTP Cat 6A; 10GX24 LSZH has been replaced by 10GB24. REVConnect 10GX jacks and plugs, KeyConnect and MDVO jacks and Cat 6A patch panels complete the channel. Category 7 and 7A S/FTP constructions are offered where specified.

Cat 6A (10GXS12 or 10GX52F) supports 10 Gbit/s to 100 m and higher PoE loads for Wi-Fi 6 access points and cameras, so most new builds specify it. Cat 6 2412 remains suitable for desks at 1 Gbit/s where budget and duct space are tight.
A termination system where one universal core is terminated on the cable and then snapped into a jack, plug or coupler. It reduces training and rework and lets you change a jack to a plug without re-terminating, in Cat 6 and Cat 6A shielded and unshielded versions.
