Omron industrial sensors detect presence, position, distance and rotation on packaging, automotive, pharma and material-handling lines. The range covers photoelectric sensors in through-beam, retro-reflective and diffuse forms, inductive proximity sensors in M8 to M30 cylinders and flat housings, fibre optic amplifiers with interchangeable heads for tight spaces, and incremental rotary encoders. Most offer PNP or NPN outputs, M8 or M12 connectors, and IP67 housings.
E3Z is the compact general-purpose photoelectric sensor, with stainless E3ZM and laser versions; E3AS is the advanced time-of-flight reflective sensor and E3FA/E3FB the M18 cylinder family. E3JK is the all-voltage long-range sensor. E2E NEXT is the current inductive proximity standard with IO-Link, E2B is the economy inductive series and E2A-S the long-range stainless version. E3X-HD amplifiers drive E32 fibre heads, and E6B2-C is the 40 mm incremental encoder from 10 to 2,000 pulses per revolution.
Indian buyers specify sensing distance, target material and colour, housing size and material, output type (PNP, NPN, relay), supply voltage, connector or cable, and the ambient (oil, washdown, heat). For encoders, state resolution, output stage and shaft type, and whether IO-Link is wanted.

E2E NEXT is the premium inductive series with longer sensing distance, IO-Link on many models, and stronger housings for Indian machine-tool and automotive duty. E2B is the economy series with standard distances for general factory use at lower cost.
E3Z-B and E3ZM-B are made for transparent bottle detection in retro-reflective mode, and E3S-DB handles transparent objects on faster lines. State bottle size and conveyor speed and the quote will name the model.
Yes. Most E3Z, E3FA, E2E NEXT and E2B models come in pre-wired 2 m cable, M8 or M12 connector versions, and Omron XS2 or XS5 cordsets can be quoted with them.
