MX2 and 3G3RX inverters, 1S and G5 servo systems.
Omron drives and motion products cover variable speed drives for induction and PM motors and servo systems for precise positioning. The inverters run conveyors, fans, pumps, mixers and machine axes with sensorless vector control, built-in Modbus and option cards for EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET. The servo families pair with Sysmac controllers over EtherCAT for packaging, pick-and-place and material-handling machines.
MX2 is the compact machine drive with 200 percent starting torque and safe torque off; RX2 is the high-performance general drive with energy saving and heavier overload; M1 is the integrated drive for general machines. On the servo side, 1S is the current platform with 23-bit absolute encoders, 400 V models, and versions with network STO, SS1, SS2, SLS and SBC safety functions; G5 is the earlier EtherCAT servo still in production, with linear motor options.
Indian buyers state motor kW, supply voltage, duty, braking and network for drives; for servos, torque, speed, inertia, encoder, brake, cable lengths and the controller (NX, NJ, or third-party EtherCAT or pulse master). Safety function needs decide the 1S variant.
Elume sells Omron drives and motion on order: send the part numbers or the specification and the quantity, and we come back with one GST-ready quote, usually within a working day. Bulk and project quantities welcome; delivery across India. See the whole Omron range we quote on the Omron page, or the full catalogue on Omron's own site.
The series asked for most. Any other Omron part number is quoted the same way.
Yes. The 400 V class MX2 and RX2 accept 380 to 480 V three-phase input at 50 Hz. The 200 V class covers 200 to 240 V single or three-phase for small motors.
The 1S series. It is the current Sysmac servo with EtherCAT, absolute encoder without battery on standard models, safety variants and auto-tuning in Sysmac Studio. G5 remains available for existing designs and linear motors.
Yes. MX2 and RX2 accept a PROFINET option unit alongside EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP units, so they can be commissioned from Siemens, Rockwell or Omron controllers.
