Omron controllers span compact PLCs for small machines up to Sysmac machine automation controllers that unite logic, EtherCAT motion, vision and safety in one platform. The CP series is programmed in CX-Programmer, CJ in CX-One, and the NX and NJ Sysmac controllers in Sysmac Studio with IEC 61131-3 languages and PLCopen motion blocks. All connect to Omron HMIs, drives, servos and temperature controllers over serial, Ethernet or EtherCAT.
CP2E is the current compact PLC with built-in Ethernet; CP1L-E(M) and CP1H are fast compact controllers with pulse outputs for stepper and servo axes. CJ2M is the modular rack PLC with EtherNet/IP and up to 2,560 I/O points. NX1P2 is the entry Sysmac controller with built-in EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and up to 8 axes; NX102 adds CIP Safety, OPC UA and SQL with 64 slaves; the NJ series handles 2 to 64 axes with database connection.
Indian buyers state I/O count and type, number of motion axes and whether pulse or EtherCAT, networks required, program size, safety integration and the software licence held. For replacements, give the old CPU and expansion unit list so the new rack is quoted complete.

CP2E is the successor in the same compact format, with built-in Ethernet on the N type and the same CX-Programmer environment. Programs migrate with minor checks on special instructions and the I/O allocation.

Yes. NX1P2 drives up to 8 axes (4 synchronised) over its built-in EtherCAT port using Omron 1S or G5 servo drives with PLCopen function blocks, and can also command pulse-type drives through option boards.
