Teltonika Remote Management System (RMS) is the cloud platform that supervises Teltonika routers, gateways, switches and access points from one browser dashboard. It shows device status, signal, data use and location, pushes configuration and firmware to groups of devices, raises alerts and gives remote access to equipment behind the router, all over the device's own outbound connection, so no public IP SIM is required.
RMS is sold as services. RMS Management covers monitoring, configuration, firmware and alerts, licensed per device by 3, 5 or 10 year packages or 30-day credits after a 30-day trial. RMS Connect provides remote desktop, SSH, HTTP and serial access to devices behind the router, and RMS VPN builds secure networks between sites, both metered by data with a free allowance. RMS API lets your own platform read and control the fleet.
Indian integrators use RMS to run hundreds of ATM, kiosk, CCTV and telemetry sites from one office, reaching PLCs and HMIs remotely instead of travelling. Decide the number of devices, term length, whether Connect or VPN data packages are needed, and whether a hosted standard instance or an API integration suits the operation.

Each new device gets a 30-day RMS Management trial, and some products such as TAP200 ship with a longer free period. After that a Management package or credits are required per device, which can be quoted with the hardware.
Yes. RMS Connect opens a remote session to the PLC's web page, VNC, SSH or serial port through the router's outbound RMS link. It uses the Connect data allowance, which is metered after the free quota.
Yes. Management packages and credits are assigned to a device by serial number in the RMS account at any time, so a fleet that started on trials can be licensed in one order once the site count is known.
