The RUTC series are Teltonika's compact enterprise routers with 5G, Wi-Fi 6 and eSIM, built for retail, hospitality and office sites that need fast cellular internet in a small desk or wall unit. The OTD series are outdoor routers in IP55 housings with integrated brackets and PoE, placed on poles, rooftops or cabinet exteriors where the cellular signal is strongest and the device must survive sun, dust and rain.
RUTC50 pairs a 5G modem with dual SIM plus eSIM, dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and 1 GB RAM for edge applications. OTD140 is an LTE Cat 4 outdoor router with dual SIM, one PoE-in and one PoE-out Ethernet port, so it can be powered from inside and feed a camera outside. OTD500 is the 5G outdoor counterpart with Gigabit Ethernet and the same weather-rated construction.
Indian buyers use OTD units for outdoor CCTV, highway and toll equipment, solar plant telemetry and tower-site monitoring, and RUTC for shops and branch offices. Yes. OTD140 has one PoE-in port that accepts power from an indoor injector or switch and one PoE-out port that can supply a camera or access point, so a single Ethernet run serves both data and power outdoors.
The OTD housings are IP55 rated with a wide industrial operating temperature range. State the expected ambient and whether the unit faces direct sun so the correct model and shading or mounting advice can be included in the quote.
RUTC50 can be provisioned with an operator profile over the air, so units can ship without a physical SIM and be activated once installed. It also keeps two physical SIM slots for operators that supply plastic SIMs.
