Read: How to Actually Reduce Your Electricity Bill: The Upgrades Ranked by Payback →
What consumes the most electricity in an Indian home?
Cooling and heating: the AC in summer, ceiling fans year-round, and the geyser in winter typically account for 60 to 80 percent of units. Lighting's long hours follow; everything else is a small tail.
Do BLDC fans really save money?
Yes, and predictably: about 40 to 50 W saved per fan versus an induction model, which at 12+ daily hours and Indian tariffs is 1,200 to 2,000 rupees per fan per year. The purchase premium typically recovers within two summers.
Does running the AC at 26 degrees really matter?
Each degree of deeper cooling costs roughly 6 percent more energy. 26 with a ceiling fan matches the comfort of 24 without, cutting AC energy by 10 to 15 percent, and pairing the two is the cheapest comfort trick in summer.
Is Crompton Storm WM INH Wall Mounted Fan · Black genuine and warranty-backed?

Yes. Every Crompton product on Elume is 100% genuine, sourced through authorised channels, and carries the manufacturer's standard warranty.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes - we deliver pan-India, usually within 3–7 working days. Delivery is free on orders of ₹4,000 and above; a flat ₹100 fee applies from ₹2,000 to ₹4,000 and ₹200 below ₹2,000.

Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Enter your GSTIN at checkout and we issue a GST invoice with tax shown separately, so businesses can claim input tax credit.

Is there a wholesale or bulk rate?

Yes. Orders of 15 or more pcs get a wholesale rate about 5% below the listed Elume price - shown on every product page.

What if I find it cheaper somewhere else?

Tell us. If the same Crompton product is listed for less, GST and delivery included, by an authorised Indian online seller, we match that price - before you order or within 7 days of ordering. The terms are on our lowest-price guarantee page.

What is the return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, with free return shipping.
